I2I Consultants (“I2I Consultants”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a financial and advisory services firm headquartered in Bengaluru, India. Our UK operations are delivered through the I2I Consultants × Satya Accountants joint venture, which serves clients across the United Kingdom. Together we act as the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us. There are three ways you can share information with us through this website, and we use each set of data only for the purpose you provided it.

Contact enquiries

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company and the message you send us. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss how we may be able to help, and keep a record of our correspondence.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it to send you occasional updates, insights and news about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Client portal “notify me”

Our client portal is launching soon. If you ask to be notified when it opens, we collect your email address and use it solely to let you know when sign-in becomes available.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) we rely on the following legal bases, and under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) we process your data on the basis of your consent or a corresponding legitimate use:

• Contact enquiries: our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Under the DPDP Act, you provide this data voluntarily so that we can respond to you.
• Newsletter and portal notifications: your consent, which you give when you submit the relevant form and which you may withdraw at any time.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, given through our cookie consent banner (see the Cookies section below).

Submissions are stored securely in our own content-management database (a Payload CMS application backed by a PostgreSQL database) hosted with a reputable cloud hosting provider. We are finalising our hosting arrangements ahead of launch and will keep this policy up to date with the relevant details.

We use a small number of trusted service providers (processors) who act only on our instructions:

• Hosting and database: a cloud hosting provider that runs our website application and stores form submissions on our behalf.
• Email delivery: Resend, which we use to deliver contact-enquiry notifications to our team at hello@i2iconsultants.com. If an email notification ever fails to send, your submission is still saved so that your enquiry is never lost.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose data where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

Because we operate in both India and the United Kingdom, your personal data may be processed by our teams in either country. Where personal data is transferred between the UK and India, or to any processor located outside your country, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards and handled in line with this policy and applicable law.

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose you provided it, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations:

• Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, after which we remove you from our mailing list.
• Portal notifications: until the portal launches and we have notified you, plus a short period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You have rights over your personal data under both UK and Indian law. To exercise any of them, contact us at hello@i2iconsultants.com and we will respond within the time required by the applicable law.

Under the UK GDPR

• the right to access the personal data we hold about you;
• the right to have inaccurate data corrected;
• the right to have your data erased in certain circumstances;
• the right to restrict or object to our processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

If you are in the UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Under the India DPDP Act 2023

• the right to access a summary of the personal data we process about you;
• the right to correction, completion, updating and erasure of your personal data;
• the right to grievance redressal through the contact above;
• the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
• the right to withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

If you are in India and remain dissatisfied after contacting us, you may escalate your concern to the Data Protection Board of India.

By default, this website relies only on strictly-necessary cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage)— the ones required for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie preferences. These do not require your consent.

We would also like to use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our marketing. These include Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These cookies load only after you give explicit opt-in consent through our cookie consent banner. Until you accept, no analytics or advertising scripts run and no such cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences panel below on this page. You can also block or delete these technologies through your browser settings, including by clearing this site’s cookies and stored site data. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place while your consent was active.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit access to those who need it to serve you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
